OUR MISSION

Assessing Character with LOGIC

Dr. Dan Squires has been a clinical and consulting psychologist for over 20 years.  He served on the faculty at Brown University in Providence, RI for 15 years, and has been working with organizations, businesses, and leaders since 2002.

Dan founded CharacterLOGIC with a mission to improve the application and integration of data driven, scientific process and expert judgment in talent acquisition and leadership development services.

Our Journey So Far

2013

ANDERSON-SQUIRES, LLC IS FOUNDED

Building on academic and applied research to improve training and skill development models at Brown University, Anderson-Squires, LLC is founded with a focus on providing boutique coaching and consultation opportunities.  

2016

STRATEGIC AND CONSULTING EXPANSION

Anderson-Squires, LLC forms a strategic partnership with LeadPeople, LLC, a leadership development firm in the Washington D.C. area, and initiates a consulting relationship with Robert Gregory Partners, another leadership services firm, to expand executive assessment and development services.
